The challenge

The client managed streets, pavements, car parks, squares, pedestrian areas and other public spaces that required periodic maintenance throughout the year.

In the warm season, the main operations involved removing dust, sand, leaves, plant debris and urban waste from public surfaces.

In the cold season, the needs changed, with interventions required to keep the surfaces accessible and safe in winter conditions.

The activities were carried out periodically, with additional interventions depending on the level of dirt, the weather conditions and the season.

One of the main difficulties was the need to use different equipment for seasonal activities, which meant more resources for operation, maintenance and storage.

Green Machines 636

Following an analysis of the client's needs, the Komarom Trade Invest team recommended the Green Machines 636, a compact platform designed for the professional maintenance of urban spaces.

An important criterion in choosing the model was its versatility and the possibility of configuring it for different activities.

In its sweeping configuration, the Green Machines 636 can be used to maintain streets, car parks, pedestrian areas and other public surfaces, collecting dust, leaves and the various types of waste found in the urban environment.

For the cold season, the equipment can be configured with attachments dedicated to winter operations, depending on the client's needs.

This flexibility allows the same platform to be used for a larger part of the year, instead of purchasing machines that remain dedicated to a single activity or a single season.

Compact dimensions and manoeuvrability are important in the urban environment, where the equipment has to work in areas with traffic, close to kerbs and in spaces where large machines may have limited access.
