The challenge
The city hall needed a solution for the periodic maintenance of the streets, pavements, car parks, squares and other public spaces in the locality.
The areas that needed cleaning presented different working conditions, from streets and open surfaces to spaces where access and manoeuvrability were important factors.
The dirt encountered in daily work included dust, sand, fine gravel, leaves, plant debris and various waste resulting from the use of public spaces.
Cleaning was carried out periodically, with more frequent interventions in central areas, on busy roads and in public spaces with high pedestrian traffic.
Previously, some of these operations required manual intervention or the use of multiple resources to collect the dirt, which limited the area that could be maintained within a given period of time.
The main difficulties identified were:

The solution recommended by Komarom
Dulevo 850
Following an analysis of the client's needs, the Komarom Trade Invest team recommended the Dulevo 850 compact sweeper, designed for professional cleaning operations.
The model was chosen for its combination of compact dimensions, manoeuvrability, robust construction and the ability to work in varied conditions.
The Dulevo 850 uses a sweeping system with suction: the front brushes collect the dirt from the working area and direct it towards the suction system, from where it is transferred into the machine's container.
To control the dust produced during sweeping, a dampening system is used, which is especially important in urban areas and in dry periods.
Its compact construction allows the equipment to be used both on streets and open surfaces and in areas where access with large machines is difficult.
The machine's manoeuvrability is an advantage when working close to kerbs, in car parks, squares and other public spaces.
The machine's configuration was determined according to the specific operating conditions and the types of surfaces that were to be maintained.
